Working with Three in One Dental Designs

Built around how practices actually send cases

Each of these is a working practice of the laboratory, described without absolute claims.

  • Clear Digital Workflow

Each stage of a case is written down, from records to delivery, so your team knows what happens next.

  • Responsive Communication

Questions are answered by people who work on cases, without layers of call routing.

  • Predictable Case Requirements

Record requirements are published per service so cases start with what the lab needs.

  • Direct Laboratory Support

Technical questions go straight to the laboratory team handling your case.

Digital Workflow

Scan, submit, and know what happens next

A case moves through the same defined stages, with the laboratory confirming records before production begins.

  1. 01

    Scan

The practice captures the digital or physical records for the case.

  2. 02

    Submit

Records and a digital Rx are sent to the laboratory.

  3. 03

    Verify

The lab reviews records and requests anything missing before work starts.

  4. 04

    Review

Design review is offered where the case and service call for it.

  5. 05

    Manufacture

The approved design moves into fabrication and finishing.

  6. 06

    Track

Case status is communicated directly by the laboratory team.

  7. 07

    Deliver

The finished case is packed and shipped back to the practice.

Training and onboarding

Practices can request an introduction to the laboratory workflow, help connecting a scanner, and support on a first case. Anything scheduled is agreed with your team first.
